Miss Grand India 2027
Terms &
Conditions
These terms govern the online registration process for Miss Grand India 2027, presented by Mrs. India Inc (“the Organizer”). By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Organizer details
The campaign is organized by Mrs. India Inc. The Organizer’s full registered legal entity name, registered address, GST details and official communication address are to be supplied and verified before launch.
2. Application and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current and complete information. The published eligibility criteria, including the authoritative eligibility reference date, age, height, marital status, citizenship and any additional requirements, must be confirmed by the Organizer before live payments are enabled.
Submitting an application does not establish that you are eligible, selected, shortlisted or entitled to participate. The Organizer may request identity, age, citizenship or other supporting documents and may verify information with relevant authorities or third parties where lawful.
- Applications submitted with false, misleading or incomplete information may be rejected or disqualified.
- Any application fee is separate from travel, accommodation, wardrobe, grooming or other participation costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- The Organizer may update eligibility rules before the published closing date. Material changes will be communicated through official channels.
3. Application is not selection
An application is an expression of interest only. It does not create an employment, agency, partnership or selection relationship. The Organizer retains sole discretion over shortlisting, auditions, interviews, selection and the conduct of the campaign, subject to applicable law and the approved rules.
4. Screening, auditions and participation
Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in screening rounds, interviews, auditions, virtual assessments or other stages. Schedules, locations, formats and any participation requirements will be communicated by the Organizer. Failure to respond or attend within the stated time may result in the application being closed.
Applicants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, documents and personal expenses unless the Organizer confirms otherwise in writing.
5. Fees, payment and confirmation
The registration fee shown immediately before payment is the applicable server-configured amount. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment processor. The Organizer does not store card, UPI or bank credentials on this website.
An application is treated as paid only after authoritative payment verification by the Organizer’s systems. A browser redirect, screenshot or payment-provider callback alone does not confirm a registration. If payment is unsuccessful, the application may remain saved so that payment can be retried without creating a duplicate record.
The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or where a refund is required by applicable law. Current published fee: ₹3,000.00.
6. Photographs, likeness and applicant content
By applying, you confirm that you have the right to share the information, photographs, videos and other content you submit. Any use of your name, likeness, photographs, biography or application content for campaign promotion, publicity, broadcast, social media or related activities is subject to the Organizer’s approved consent and release terms.
Final photographic, publicity and image-use permissions are pending organizer and legal approval. Nothing in this draft grants the Organizer rights beyond those contained in the approved release.
7. Conduct and disqualification
The Organizer may reject or disqualify an application if it reasonably believes that an applicant has:
- provided false or misleading information or documents;
- engaged in harassment, discrimination, violence, unlawful conduct or conduct that materially harms the campaign or its participants;
- breached confidentiality, publicity or participation requirements communicated in writing; or
- attempted to interfere with the website, payment process, selection process or another applicant’s data.
Where practical and lawful, the Organizer will explain a material adverse decision and provide a route to raise a concern.
8. Changes, postponement and cancellation
The Organizer may change dates, venues, formats, judges, mentors, partners or campaign details where reasonably necessary. If the campaign or a paid stage is cancelled or materially changed by the Organizer, affected applicants will be notified and any refund or alternative remedy will be handled under the approved Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, payment-provider downtime, natural events, government action or public-health restrictions.
9. Intellectual property and brand
All campaign names, logos, artwork, text, photographs and other materials made available by the Organizer remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use them for commercial purposes, imply endorsement or represent an official association without prior written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Privacy and data protection
Personal information is collected and used as described in the Privacy Policy. By applying, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for application administration, payment verification, communication, fraud prevention, legal compliance and campaign operations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on published information, payment-provider failures or participation in the campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction, dispute-resolution process and escalation contact are to be confirmed by legal counsel before launch. Applicants should first raise concerns through the official support channel so that they can be reviewed promptly.
