Refund &
Cancellation

This policy explains the framework for refunds and cancellations relating to the Miss Grand India 2027 registration fee collected by Mrs. India Inc. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Fee shown before payment

The registration fee and currency are displayed immediately before payment. The amount charged is the server-configured fee shown at checkout. Applicants should review the amount, the eligibility criteria and this policy before paying.

Current published fee: ₹3,000.00. Any applicable tax treatment or fee breakdown must be approved and disclosed by the Organizer before live payments begin.

2. Non-refundable registration fee

The registration fee is non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully completed, the fee will not be returned if the applicant withdraws, changes their mind, fails to complete any stage or requirement, is found ineligible, is not shortlisted or selected, or does not achieve any particular outcome.

Paying the fee confirms receipt and processing of an application. It does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, participation, travel, accommodation, prizes or any other result.

3. Limited exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• The same application was charged more than once.
• A payment was captured but could not be linked to the correct application, and the Organizer cannot validate or complete that application.
• A technical error in the registration or payment system caused an incorrect charge.
• The Organizer cancels the registration round before processing applications.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

These exceptions do not create a general right to a refund. Any approved refund is subject to verification and will be processed to the original payment method.

4. How to request a refund review

Contact official support with your application reference, the payment date, the amount paid and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or one-time authentication codes. We may request reasonable evidence to verify the request and may need to reconcile the transaction with the payment processor.

5. Review and processing

Requests will be reviewed on their facts. If approved, the refund will normally be sent to the original payment method through the payment processor. Processing times depend on the processor and the applicant’s bank or payment provider. Any applicable statutory deductions, taxes or gateway charges will be handled only as required or permitted by law and the final approved policy.

Refund processing timelines are to be approved by the Organizer. We will communicate the decision and next steps through the official contact channel.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact official support before raising a chargeback so that the transaction can be investigated quickly. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, the Organizer may share relevant transaction evidence with the payment processor and may pause application processing while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the Organizer cancels the registration round before applications are processed, a refund may be considered under section 3. If a later campaign stage is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, affected applicants will be contacted using the details in their application. The registration fee remains non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Organizer.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated before live registrations open or to reflect legal, payment-processor or campaign changes. The version and effective date are shown above. Material changes will not remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
